Welcome to Only Waterbeds On-line, this website is a Showroom Portal for
Isle of Ely Waterbeds

We all live in an extremely stressful world. People have a real need for regular inner rest.
Most only achieve this at night in their bedrooms and a waterbed is the ideal solution.
When you lie on a waterbed your body has an immediate feeling of well being, resulting in total relaxation and complete rest without any pressure points that may disturb your sleep.
As approved distributors for all the main UK and European waterbed manufacturers we are able to provide you with the bed of your dreams, whether it be a free standing waterbed or if you wish to convert an existing conventional bed frame.
The options are almost limitless.
There is no age limit to enjoying a waterbed.
From the very young whose bones are still developing, to those not so young who need warmth and comfort.
The gentle, even support and warmth is particularly beneficial to those suffering from arthritis and/or rheumatism.
A waterbed gives total even body support by taking the shape of your body, providing the best support your back can get.
- Total body support
- Comfortable - no pressure points
- Maintains controlled sleeping temperature
- Hygienic - won't harbour dust or mites
- Lasts for years without sagging or distorting
When you lie on a flotation mattress the water displaces to mould to your shape. Sleeping on a waterbed is relaxing and can be more stable than a conventional bed.
Thermostatically controlled heaters keep the water at your desired temperature day and night, winter or summer
Waterbeds are very durable. The normal life of a well maintained water mattress can exceed 15 years. After installation the only maintenance necessary is the regular addition of a special water conditioner and to extract any air bubbles that may have developed.
The earliest recorded use of a waterbed was over 3,000 years ago when Persians slumbered on sun-warmed goat skin water bags!
As members of the European Waterbed Association and a supporter of the British Waterbed Association we are agents for the TTI Stretch Top System range, The Fenix Collection, Vital memory fibre mattresses, Akva Waterbeds, High & Dry waterbed systems, The British Waterbed Company, The Revival Collection, Aquastar Sleep Systems, and Eclipse Waterbeds.
Although we are based in East Anglia and primarily service Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Northants, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and the Midlands, our customer network has expanded over the last 20 years. We regularly travel to London and the home counties, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
We have also been recommended to customers as far afield as Cumbria, and Northumberland in the North, the Isle of Wight, Somerset, Dorset, Devon and Cornwell in the south. This is mainly due to Isle of Ely Waterbeds being independent with no ties to any particular manufacturer, offering a very comprehensive and versatile range of waterbed.
Therefore we have the flexibility to piece together any combination to achieve your style and specification where possible, backed up by our personal service and after care.
