I used Ely Waterbeds originally a couple of years ago for a service on my waterbed that I have had for over 20 years and found Michael to be extremely helpful and informative. Last week I had a small leak and decided to replace the mattress as I felt it was well overdue. I called Michael on Wednesday and by Tuesday this week I had a replacement liner, mattress and heater fitted. I now have a brand new bed in tip-top shape for less than the price of a decent mattress! Michael goes above and beyond with the service that he offers, really friendly and nothing is too much trouble for him. I would definitely recommend Ely Waterbeds.

I drained my bed incorrectly and moves the fibres within, instead of insisting I purchased a new mattress, he was more than happy to solve my situation for a lot less cost!
